Keep an active subscription to our credit monitoring service ($34.99/month) while enrolled — it gives us access to your full reports and lets us track your progress. If it lapses and isn't restarted quickly, your services may be paused.
Documents are required
You will need to provide your credit reports, valid identification, and any supporting documents requested during onboarding before work can begin.
Participation and communication
Respond to messages, attend your coaching sessions, and forward bureau mail as it arrives. If you're behind on bills and won't be able to pay on time for the next 6–9 months, now may not be the right moment — late payments work against the process.
Bankruptcy policy
If you're currently going through bankruptcy, don't enroll yet. You can enroll once your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged.
